This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee a portfolio of Learning and Development (L&D) programs, ensuring effective prioritization, timeline management, and execution.
• Analyze various programs to pinpoint overlaps, gaps, and opportunities to foster a more integrated end-to-end learning experience.
• Collaborate with Learning Designers to update and enhance programs based on learner feedback, user experience (UX) and journeys, behavioral data, and organizational goals.
• Manage comprehensive platforms, program schedules, dashboards, and planning processes to guarantee visibility, prioritization, and alignment among stakeholders.
• Deliver and take ownership of technology-driven learning experiences and tech stacks that efficiently scale in a Virtual First environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Learning Technology, Computer Science, Human-Centered Design, Organizational Development, Business, Learning and Development, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D, program and project management, employee experience, or HR strategy, ideally in a distributed or technology-enabled organization.
• Capability to treat employee experience as a product, utilizing product management and design thinking to comprehend needs, prototype solutions, and drive execution through effective project management and data-driven iteration.
• Proven track record of managing learning programs and/or coaching and leadership development initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated success in leading multiple large-scale, cross-functional programs, with a strong focus on strategy, timelines, and execution.
• Experience in designing and operationalizing metrics and evaluation strategies for learning programs, and converting insights into actionable iterations.
• Executive presence and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment of learning initiatives with leadership and company priorities.
• Strong instincts in portfolio management, with the ability to prioritize, sequence, and make trade-offs across various initiatives.
• Familiarity with or experience in implementing platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), or other related systems.
