This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Supervise and enhance the firm's website, ensuring that the content remains up-to-date, authoritative, and optimized for SEO.
• Oversee the firm's LinkedIn profile, which includes crafting thought-leadership articles and managing sponsored content initiatives.
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies and LinkedIn outreach campaigns aimed at lead generation.
• Work in collaboration with the legal team to convert complex legal concepts into compelling blog posts and social media updates.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs across all digital platforms to refine messaging and boost conversion rates.
• Keep an eye on online reviews and professional directories to maintain a consistent and reputable brand presence.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the legal services sector.
• Proven success in managing effective email sequences and using LinkedIn outreach tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, email automation tools, and basic content management systems (such as WordPress or Webflow).
• Outstanding writing and editing abilities, with a keen attention to detail and compliance from a legal perspective.
• Capacity to work autonomously while aligning marketing strategies with the firm's broader business development objectives.
