This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance client profitability and operational efficiency.
• Assess client feedback on evaluation results, pinpoint areas for enhancement, create a plan for solution implementation, and oversee the execution of these solutions.
• Analyze problematic areas and formulate effective action plans.
• Propel strategic and operational initiatives to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
• Recognize and adopt tools aimed at optimizing business operations.
• Oversee the design, launch, and training associated with new processes, programs, and systems.
• Provide expert insights on matters such as strategy, workflow optimization, financial management, legal technology, and resource allocation.
• Act as a primary or secondary point of contact for clients, which includes preparing for and leading client meetings.
• Serve as a substitute for the Founder and consulting team on client-related issues as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience working within an international law firm (preferably over 7 years).
• Licensed attorney.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing positions.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in management or leadership and a passion for working with and assisting others.
• Capacity to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with legal practices and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of legal technology.
• Experience in financial management within a law firm.
• Master’s degree in business or a related field (Bonus Points).
• Previous consulting experience (Bonus Points).
• Certified Legal Manager (CLM) or other relevant certifications (Bonus Points).
• Senior-level experience in an internal role at a law firm (Bonus Points).
