
Law Enforcement Territory Sales Rep – South-Central US

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.
• Meet the defined sales and business targets in the designated territory.
• Provide support to all current direct accounts through consistent communication and in-person visits.
• Identify and pursue potential new accounts.
• Build, nurture, and sustain positive business relationships with both existing and prospective customers, as well as Kinetic Group personnel.
• Assist in formulating long-term strategies aimed at achieving growth goals.
• Plan, organize, and deliver impactful sales presentations, promotions, and events within the territory, including at least five LE Wound Ballistic Workshops for state and local agencies each calendar year.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with established company policies.
• Provide effective solutions to ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Supply market intelligence, including competitive analysis, to sales management and engage in the creation of sales forecasts and strategies.
• Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and other assigned activities as required.
• Keep accurate and current records related to sales performance, planning, account details, reporting, business expenses, etc., as mandated by established procedures or as requested.
• Operate within the allocated expense budget.
• Carry out other related responsibilities, including special projects as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS, BA) in Business or a related field (MA/MS preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of Channel Sales experience in the outdoor products sector (preferred); experience in the Law Enforcement trade channel.
• Background in the hunting, shooting, or sporting goods industry—with law enforcement and/or military experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and business math skills.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must demonstrate honesty, integrity, professionalism, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must reside within the territory—expect up to 70% travel, including weekends.
