📋 Description

• Enhance the team's ability to deliver assigned stories by the end of each sprint.

• Guide Development: Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the sprint, ensuring the successful delivery of sprint commitments by managing pipelines, environments, and overseeing key deliverables.

• Demonstrate Expertise: Showcase technical and sprint demonstrations, such as completed API methods and automated deployment processes during sprint review meetings.

• Expand Frameworks: Exhibit proficiency in at least two of the following areas: creating appealing user interfaces, building data-driven REST APIs, and managing databases/cloud/servers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas: creating appealing user interfaces, building data-driven REST APIs, and managing databases/cloud/servers.

• Practical Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant technologies and projects, including consistent adherence to best practices, experience managing DevOps pipelines, developing features with innovative technical designs, and serving as a technical lead for a development team.

• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as React, with a strong capability to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces, utilizing TypeScript for improved code quality and maintainability.

• Extensive experience in developing scalable server-side applications using Node.js, along with a solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.

• Client Leadership: Experience in presenting to client stakeholders and conveying technical and business value.

• Outcome Orientation: Proficient in understanding and articulating the business outcomes influenced by your development projects.

• Mentorship Experience: Proven track record of coaching and mentoring, demonstrated through spontaneous collaboration and structured code reviews.

• Relevant Education: This may include intensive training programs, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
