• Enhance the team's ability to complete assigned stories by the end of each sprint.
• Develop software features for moderately complex functionalities with guidance from more senior engineers during AgileDev engagements, while addressing defects and enhancement requests.
• Contribute to successful Agile delivery by seeking advice, voicing concerns, promoting best practices, identifying obstacles, and mentoring peers and junior team members.
• Demonstrate proficiency in at least two of the following areas: creating engaging user interfaces, developing data-driven REST APIs, and managing databases/cloud/servers.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders during sprint planning to finalize and document the technical approach with user stories as subtasks. Engage in discussions about requirements, iterate, and communicate status effectively.
• Ensure the team comprehends acceptance criteria, monitor daily progress, minimize QA kickback, deliver assigned stories, and seek opportunities to enhance capacity and velocity.
• Technical Proficiency: proven experience in at least two of the following areas: creating engaging user interfaces, developing data-driven REST APIs, and managing databases/cloud/servers.
• Practical Experience: 5-8+ years of professional experience in relevant technologies and projects, including consistent adherence to best practices and experience in applying DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in building interactive and responsive user interfaces using front-end technologies such as React, React.JS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, among others.
• Experience in developing .NET applications.
• Expertise in designing and implementing server-side applications using C#, focusing on creating secure, efficient RESTful APIs and working with databases like SQL Server.
• Proficient in integrating front-end and back-end components, with a strong grasp of application architecture, facilitating seamless data flow and enhanced user experiences across full-stack applications.
• Client Leadership: Experience working with client stakeholders during sprint planning and documenting technical approaches.
• Outcome Orientation: Experience in understanding and articulating the business outcomes affected by your development projects.
• Relevant Education: This may include intensive programs, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
