• Strengthen the team's ability to deliver designated stories by the end of each sprint.

• Execute automated testing and API testing for intricate applications and scenarios; identify and document edge cases by comprehending the depth and complexities of a project; evaluate potential risks and suggest modifications to the acceptance criteria.
• Exhibit expertise in automation, API testing, or accessibility testing principles and solutions.
• Boost the team's capabilities by outlining plans to address anticipated risks/blockers, promoting best practices, and mentoring peers and junior team members.
• Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the sprint, ensuring the successful fulfillment of sprint commitments by prioritizing testing efforts and refining acceptance criteria.
• Conduct recruitment interviews and assess candidates to ensure successful hiring or contracting.
• Present comprehensive testing plans, metrics, and other valuable insights during sprint review meetings; propose solutions and enhancements to clients that amplify our capacity to deliver value.
• Extensive expertise in developing and maintaining end-to-end test frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, and/or Selenium (TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python) for web applications and Appium (Java/Python) for mobile (iOS and Android) testing.
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD integration of automated tests utilizing tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps, including parallel execution, test reporting, and environment management.
• Experience in setting up a test automation framework from the ground up.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant technologies and projects, including consistent adherence to best practices, leading and executing automated testing for web and mobile applications, and utilizing industry-standard tools to ensure optimal product quality throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Proven experience in presenting to client stakeholders and conveying technical and business value.
• Ability to understand and articulate the business outcomes affected by your development projects.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring, demonstrated through both ad-hoc collaboration and structured code reviews.
• May include intensive programs, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
