Large Loss Property Adjuster – Field Estimating

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Perform on-site inspections and assess coverage details.

• Prepare estimates and resolve claims in a timely manner.

• Manage virtual claims nationwide through various platforms.

• Specialize in water loss claims to assist customers.

• Engage with customers through phone, email, and video conferencing.

• Analyze and negotiate claims settlements in line with legal standards.

• Keep precise records of the claims process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Anne Arundel County, MD.

• 4-5 years of prior experience as an outside adjuster is highly preferred.

• Experience managing claims involving multiple trades and losses exceeding $100,000.

• Proficient in Xactimate and other relevant estimating software is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and technical skills to accurately assess damages and expedite claims settlements.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure outstanding customer service.

• Capacity to travel to clients' residences and effectively manage virtual claims nationwide.

• Detail-oriented and organized, emphasizing high-quality work output.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to travel as required by the role.
