This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
• Identify candidates utilizing company resources, sourcing platforms, professional networks, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Perform recruiter screenings and interviews in English with candidates worldwide.
• Develop and sustain active talent pipelines for multilingual and project-specific recruitment initiatives.
• Arrange interviews across various countries and time zones.
• Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and operations teams regarding recruitment priorities and fulfillment requirements.
• Keep precise candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) accordingly.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide daily activity reports and updates on sourcing and recruitment efforts.
• Monitor pipeline progress, outreach activities, interview processes, and operational advancements.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and engage with candidates post-hire.
• Occasionally support urgent or weekend hiring initiatives based on operational needs.
• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, sourcing, HR, coordination, or customer service is preferred.
• A strong background in sourcing and screening is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable conducting structured and behavioral interviews with confidence.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with global teams.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused attitude.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous, though not mandatory.
