📋 Description

• Lead the enhancement and intelligence of advanced conversational AI systems by shaping the linguistic data that fuels them.

• Directly impact the interaction between customers and agents with AI across international platforms, enhancing accuracy, usability, and real-world effectiveness on a large scale.

• Operate at the crossroads of linguistics, data, and machine learning to boost the performance of speech and natural language systems.

• Play a key role in the development and assessment of fundamental AI capabilities in speech recognition and natural language processing.

• Take ownership of the integrity and quality of annotated datasets, affect how models learn from language, and work closely with research teams to enhance outputs and minimize errors.

• Create and implement quality checks that improve dataset reliability and consistency across various languages.

• Assist in the creation of training and evaluation datasets that enhance conversational AI results.

• Manually test conversational AI features to confirm real-world performance and user experience.

• Spot opportunities to refine annotation workflows and increase efficiency on a large scale.

• Provide insights that drive product enhancements across chatbots, voicebots, and agent assist systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Korean and English.

• At least 1 year of experience in language data annotation, analysis, or related areas.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to maintain accuracy in repetitive and complex tasks.

• Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new linguistic guidelines.

• Proficient with productivity tools and text editing software.

• Basic understanding of linguistics, language structure, or related fields.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
