This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Retaining all clients while providing service related to all Industrial Relations (IR) matters.
• Leading disciplinary hearings.
• Composing judgments for clients.
• Assisting in the issuance of warnings to ensure adherence to compliance.
• Formulating and executing policies.
• Conducting wage negotiations.
• Managing strike situations.
• Handling retrenchments.
• A minimum of 3 years of a B. Degree or equivalent in HR/IR/LLB or a related field.
• Over 1 year of experience in Industrial Relations.
• A strong desire to gain a comprehensive understanding of labor law.
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are essential.
