Labor/Employment Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Offer research and drafting assistance for client law firms

• Create motions, pleadings, discovery materials, and various employment litigation documents

• Perform legal research related to labor and employment topics

• Draft legal memoranda and conduct case analyses

• Examine case files and related documentation

• Support case strategy and provide litigation assistance

• Help manage deadlines and ensure cases progress efficiently

• Provide additional backend support as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice Law in the State of Florida

• At least 5 years of experience in labor and employment litigation

• Strong background in plaintiff-side employment law

• Exceptional legal research and drafting abilities

• Familiarity with motion practice and discovery procedures

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in written communication

• Must be responsive, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

• Well-organized and capable of working independently

• Submission of resume required

• Attendance at a 30-minute online meeting is necessary
