This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.
• Design and implement connectivity solutions and best practice laboratory solutions for clients and business partners utilizing Data Innovations software.
• Offer advanced support and guidance from the pre-implementation phase through to post-live support, ensuring optimal benefits from the company’s software solutions.
• Deliver appropriate training and education on the company’s products and solutions to customers and business partners.
• Develop and sustain an advanced understanding of the functionality and use of the company’s software products.
• Foster strong professional relationships with key customers and industry colleagues through regular meetings and interactions.
• Successfully manage and execute project plans to completion for assigned service implementations.
• Document and convey project status updates to all relevant individuals responsible for the service activity.
• Actively engage in tradeshows, workshops, and educational events as required.
• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Medical Technology or Sciences.
• Completion of an Accredited Program in Medical Laboratory Technology OR a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Laboratory Technician.
• Working knowledge and comprehension of Laboratory Information Software management and administration.
• Familiarity with IVD instrument interfacing and laboratory workflows.
• Working knowledge of or the ability to learn Data Innovations’ products.
• Willingness to meet travel requirements, with up to 20% travel expected.
• Must pass an initial background check and drug screening.
• Ability to adhere to DI’s policies and procedures.
