Laboratory Client Account Rep

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Engages in follow-up sales communications with healthcare providers, businesses, and other prospective clients to promote medical testing and laboratory services for Sentara HealthCare.

• Addresses and resolves client issues and complaints effectively.

• Adopts a proactive stance to fulfill customer needs and guarantee positive results.

• Aids in formulating a marketing strategy for laboratory services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or Medical Technology (required).

• Minimum of 3 years in Healthcare Sales or 4 years in Marketing (required).

• Experience in a laboratory setting (preferred).
