Labor Legal Controller Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Input, track, and monitor deadlines;

• Review and analyze court publications, notices, and minutes;

• Manage hearing schedules and correspondence related to cases;

• Organize, manage, and update documents and cases;

• Prepare reports;

• Collaborate with accountants and support routines associated with labor calculations;

• Focus on Labor Law, particularly in representing claimants (plaintiffs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (Law degree);

• Experience in Labor Legal Controllership;

• Background in plaintiff-side labor law firms;

• Strong understanding of labor procedural deadlines, especially in claimant representation;

• Proficient in deadline management;

• Skilled in Excel, electronic case management systems, and possesses strong logical reasoning abilities;

• Detail-oriented, agile, diligent, analytical, operational, responsible, organized, tech-savvy; experienced in interacting with accountants and managing tasks;

• Experience managing a considerable volume of court publications (preferred);

• Background in plaintiff-side labor law firms representing banking clients (preferred);

• Postgraduate studies in Labor Law and Procedure or courses in Legal Controllership (preferred);

• Advanced knowledge of legal management software; familiarity with AutoJur, automations, and bots is a plus.
