Labor Analyst, Financial Analyst 1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Overseeing all facets of the labor process, including transaction approvals, importing timesheets, conducting timesheet audits, and reviewing labor postings.

• Collaborating with project teams to rectify labor discrepancies and addressing any inquiries related to labor postings.

• Partnering with the payroll team to resolve any questions regarding labor postings.

• Keeping abreast of current labor legislation.

• Ensuring adherence to all payroll/labor regulations and organizational policies.

• Reviewing the monthly reconciliation of all accounts related to labor.

• Providing timely and professional responses to inquiries about labor and payroll.

• Coordinating with both internal and external audits.

• Assisting the general ledger team with account reconciliations and efficiently managing labor discrepancies.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior experience required with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a High School Diploma or equivalent along with 4 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in Costpoint & Deltek T&E.

• Experience managing a high volume of employee timesheets.

• Excellent skills in Excel.

• Familiar with labor legislation and federal tax laws.

• Ability to handle employee-sensitive information ethically.

• Strong understanding of data entry management.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Good interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate effectively with team members.
