This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive labor and operational analyses, transforming raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Gather customer labor and operational data to create automated scheduling recommendations.

• Conduct weekly analyses of scheduled versus actual outcomes, adjusting model inputs to assist customers in achieving their objectives.

• Contribute to Ando’s labor matrix aimed at labor prediction and optimization.

• Perform geographical labor cost and usage analyses to generate product insights and enhance competitive positioning.

• Manage weekly customer relationships, which include meetings, status updates, follow-ups, and initial discussions.

• Lead quarterly business reviews in collaboration with account executives.

• Simplify technical findings for CFOs, district managers, and hourly employees.

• Anticipate customer requirements and proactively provide solutions.

• Work alongside engineering and product teams to convert real-world requirements into product improvements.

• Independently manage multiple priorities and contribute to related business-supporting tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in restaurant operations, retail management, hospitality, or a similar multi-site hourly business.

• Experience in multi-site operations.

• Knowledge of labor scheduling, store operations, and change management principles.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets for labor planning or sales forecasting.

• Comfortable engaging with numbers and data.

• Eagerness to learn SQL and other technical tools.

• Strong communication skills suitable for engaging with executives, management, and hourly workers.

• Self-motivated individual capable of taking ownership from inception to completion without detailed supervision.

• Able to thrive in an early-stage, ambiguous setting.

• Resourceful, adaptable, inquisitive, and flexible.

• Capable of identifying and communicating issues proactively.

• Skilled at anticipating customer needs.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Legally authorized to work in the country where the position is based.
