📋 Description

• Analyze and categorize incoming data streams within the Customer Support Services workflow to guarantee precise indexing.

• Utilize linguistic expertise to label datasets in German, following strict client guidelines and accuracy standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to detect and rectify discrepancies in automated customer support interactions.

• Maintain high levels of productivity to meet daily targets, qualifying for a recurring monthly performance bonus.

• Stay informed about product knowledge and service policies to ensure contextually accurate labeling.

• Native or fluent proficiency in German (both spoken and written) is essential for this position.

• A valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria is required.
