• Overseeing Service Delivery

• Supervise the provision of regulatory services to our clients

• Ensure that all outputs are precise, compliant, and delivered punctually

• Offer clear, risk-based regulatory guidance across global markets

• Uphold high standards of quality and consistency in all client engagements

• Managing Client Relationships

• Serve as the primary point of contact for significant clients

• Establish strong, collaborative partnerships and manage client expectations

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions

• Foster account growth through outstanding service delivery and insights

• Leading and Developing Your Team

• Manage, coach, and cultivate a team of regulatory professionals

• Set clear objectives and support continuous performance and development

• Create a positive, high-performing team culture

• Act as an escalation point for technical and operational inquiries

• Driving Operational Excellence

• Manage planning and allocate resources to meet client demands and deadlines

• Monitor workload, utilization, and service performance

• Identify and implement enhancements to processes and working methods

• Assist in forecasting and capacity planning

• Reporting of monthly/quarterly business data

• Project and Commercial Management

• Lead client projects from proposal through to completion

• Deliver quotations, proposals, and service planning

• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, quality standards, and commercial expectations

• Contribute to the growth and development of services

• Reporting and Continuous Improvement

• Monitor performance through KPIs and service metrics

• Contribute to both internal and client reporting

• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for enhancement

• Support innovation and the development of best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in client delivery management

• Strong understanding of international food labeling and compliance requirements

• Experience in leading or mentoring teams in a dynamic, client-facing environment

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Commercial awareness and a solution-oriented mindset

• Degree in food science/law, commercial economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
