• Reporting of monthly/quarterly business data
• Project and Commercial Management
• Lead client projects from proposal through to completion
• Deliver quotations, proposals, and service planning
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, quality standards, and commercial expectations
• Contribute to the growth and development of services
• Reporting and Continuous Improvement
• Monitor performance through KPIs and service metrics
• Contribute to both internal and client reporting
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for enhancement
• Support innovation and the development of best practices
• Demonstrated experience in client delivery management
• Strong understanding of international food labeling and compliance requirements
• Experience in leading or mentoring teams in a dynamic, client-facing environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and a solution-oriented mindset
• Degree in food science/law, commercial economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
