This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interpret prescriptions and specifications provided by the dentist.
• Create porcelain of the appropriate shade by blending powder and liquid.
• Continuously assess the porcelain mixture to ensure the correct moisture level.
• Apply body porcelain in the correct drilling sequence to achieve functional and aesthetic anatomy.
• Verify centric occlusion using the opposing model.
• Implement any necessary modifications.
• Extract die from model and refine contacts.
• Inspect margins to ensure that porcelain is fully adapted at the junction with metal.
• Fire the porcelain at the precise temperature for the appropriate duration.
• Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure porcelain palette, brushes, and tools are kept clean.
• Ability to read prescriptions and specifications provided by the dentist.
• Skill in preparing porcelain of the correct shade through the mixing of powder and liquid.
• Capacity to continuously monitor the porcelain mixture for the right moisture content.
• Proficient in applying body porcelain in the correct drill sequence to create functional and aesthetic anatomy.
• Experience in checking centric occlusion with the opposing model.
• Ability to make necessary adjustments as required.
• Competence in removing die from the model and finishing contacts.
• Skill in checking margins to ensure proper adaptation of porcelain where it meets metal.
• Knowledge of firing porcelain at the correct temperature for the required time.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean work environment and ensuring that porcelain palettes, brushes, and tools are clean.
