Lab Informatics Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with sales for requirement analysis, defining project scope, and engaging in initial customer discussions to propose customized solutions.

• Presenting technical information through presentations and demonstrations.

• Assessing customer needs and converting them into SLIMS workflows.

• Customizing the SLIMS platform to align with the laboratory's specifications.

• Developing plugins to connect instruments or showcase custom forms or portals.

• Representing the customer's perspective to influence future product development to address customer needs.

• Leading or supporting project implementation, ensuring effective solution deployment.

• Providing training to customers.

• Integrating the laboratory's in-silico tools into our integration framework.

• Delivering OpenLab (CDS) solutions alongside SLIMS (LIMS) applications.

• Managing projects for OpenLab solutions and SLIMS implementation.

• Offering remote and on-site troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Providing technical support for critical customer escalations.

• Working collaboratively with R&D, product marketing, and support teams to convey customer feedback and enhance product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent qualifications.

• Generally, a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience is required for this position.

• Experience in laboratory solutions and applications is essential.

• Proficiency in software or programming languages such as Python and Java.

• Capacity to understand customer requirements and document them accurately.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• A team-oriented mindset.
