This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Responsible for the support, administration, and enhancement of client infrastructure, including servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, networking, security, and BDR (both cloud and on-premises).
• Delivers high-level escalation support, addressing complex technical challenges with urgency and accuracy.
• Collaborates with the Technical Alignment team to ensure that client environments proactively adhere to GXA standards.
• Acts as a technical consultant and trusted subject matter expert during client interactions.
• Fosters trust with C-suite executives and decision-makers by linking technical suggestions to business objectives.
• Guarantees service delivery excellence through diligent documentation, clear communication, and KPI reporting.
• Guides and develops junior engineers, establishing a benchmark for professionalism, technical expertise, and service quality.
• Exemplifies proactive problem-solving and accountability in all communications.
• Participates in the development of playbooks and processes, facilitating scalable and repeatable technical accomplishments.
• Over 8 years of experience in a comparable Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Proven enthusiasm for **providing exceptional customer service**.
• Strong capability to **prioritize tasks, follow through, and take initiative** independently.
• Maintains composure under pressure—skilled at managing escalations effectively and calmly.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering trust with clients and colleagues.
• Team-oriented approach—thrives in a dynamic team setting.
• Relevant certifications (such as MCSE, CCNA, AWS SysOps) are preferred.
• Reliable transportation for on-site client engagements.
• Advanced expertise in **virtualization environments**.
• Senior-level proficiency with **Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, and Active Directory**.
• Strong background in networking, including **design, configuration, and troubleshooting**.
• Advanced skills in troubleshooting and isolating complex issues.
• Solid understanding of support tools, service delivery processes, and ITSM methodologies.
• Proficient typing and documentation skills for precise and efficient service ticket management.
