L3 Support / Development Engineer, Domino Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-level technical assistance and engineering knowledge for the Domino Data Lab platform.

• Guarantee the platform's stability, performance, availability, and reliability for enterprise-scale Data Science, Advanced Analytics, and AI/ML tasks.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Domino Data Lab platform.

• Continuously monitor platform health and proactively pinpoint reliability or performance risks.

• Aid analytics and AI/ML teams in overcoming platform-related obstacles.

• Improve monitoring and alerting systems for platform health, usage, failures, and performance issues.

• Support infrastructure-level troubleshooting in areas such as cloud, containers, networking, and computing environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in L3 Support / Development Engineering.

• Extensive hands-on experience with the Domino Data Lab platform.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and L3 production support.

• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Python/R environments.

• At least 4+ years of experience supporting data science, analytics, AI/ML, or advanced analytics platforms.

• Knowledge of GxP environments, ITSM tools, as well as Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management.
