L1 - Reports Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Primary point of contact for customer inquiries

• Clear, friendly, and structured communication with clients

• Analysis and resolution of incoming customer support tickets

• Creation and customization of reports using Handlebars.js according to customer requirements

• Assistance with software configuration inquiries

• Identification of issues and collection of relevant technical information

• Recognizing when escalation to Level 2 or the Product Team is necessary

• Structured documentation of problems and solutions

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely communication

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented and structured work approach

• Strong troubleshooting mindset and enjoyment in identifying root causes

• Basic knowledge of Handlebars.js or similar templating languages (or willingness to learn quickly)

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

• Native-level or fluent proficiency in German

• Good command of English

• Initial experience in creating or customizing reports/templates (e.g., HTML/CSS)

• Basic understanding of web applications

• Fundamental knowledge of M365, APIs, and HTTP status codes

• Experience in software configuration and Identity Access Management

• Basic security awareness (passwords, phishing, secure device usage)
