This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact and guide your customers from online ordering to verification.

• Conduct research in close collaboration with colleagues from various departments to ascertain the current status of orders.

• Ensure a smooth delivery process for the vehicles.

• Gain an overview of upcoming tasks and establish priorities within the team.

• Contribute to the prompt delivery of new cars to customers.

• Assist in developing the best methods for buying and selling vehicles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial experience in the field of private customer support.

• Enjoyment in communicating via phone and chat.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.

• Team player with a hands-on mentality and quick comprehension skills.

• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.

• Proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).

• Proficient application of the ten-finger typing system is a plus.

• Several years of experience in a home office setting is advantageous.
