This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Handling customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat

• Resolving account or technical issues and escalating when necessary

• Meticulous documentation and timely follow-up

• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German at C2/native level

• Proficient in English at B2 level or higher

• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

• Flexibility for on-site or remote work, including shift work (Monday-Sunday, depending on the project)

• Willingness to relocate to Athens at least 1 week before starting work (for on-site positions)
