This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You assist e-commerce entrepreneurs daily via email and video calls with their accounting issues.

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication.

• Identifying recurring problems and enhancing our solutions.

• Collaborating closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to guarantee customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• High self-motivation and results-oriented (SMART Goals).

• Experience with DATEV (mandatory requirement).

• Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry.

• Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style.

• Open to feedback, digital working, and remote-first environments.

• Fluent in German and English.
