Kundenbetreuer im Außendienst – Akquisiteur, Gewerbe & Industrie-Versicherung

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acquisition of new corporate clients and leveraging existing customer connections within our medium-sized brokerage firm.

• Execution of the acquisition process - from lead generation to analysis of the insurance system to presentation.

• Independent management of commercial clients (minimum threshold: companies with approximately 50 employees) in the property and casualty sectors - with support from the internal service team.

• Conducting annual meetings either on-site or digitally.

• Actively shaping the company within our OKR methodology - for example, in areas like digitalization or the optimization of internal processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least several years of experience in an insurance brokerage or insurance agency.

• Experience in the acquisition and subsequent management of corporate clients.

• Solid knowledge in property and casualty sectors such as fire-insurance, liability (excluding motor vehicle, life, and health insurance).

• Completed training in insurance or an equivalent degree in the field.
