This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• As a Onepilot Agent, you will be a freelance worker assisting our clients' customers with their issues.

• After completing E-learning training for your clients, you will gain access to a knowledge database for each individual client.

• The Onepilot technology and this knowledge base will enable you to respond effectively to inquiries from our clients that come in via email, chat, or phone.

• You will work from home and will be compensated for each ticket you resolve.

• You are comfortable with new technologies.

• You enjoy problem-solving, are curious, and dynamic.

• You take pleasure in communication (both written and verbal).

• You are available for at least 20 hours per week.
