This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Enhance fulfillment rates by addressing supply-demand discrepancies before they impact bookings.
• Maintain a healthy level of professional utilization and decrease unfulfillment consistently week after week.
• Address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency to ensure rising satisfaction scores.
• Ensure precise and clean reporting on utilization, unfulfillment, and quality, enabling the team to make informed decisions based on facts.
• Conduct outbound calls adhering to quality-grading standards and participate in projects aimed at improving operational speed and effectiveness.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations or customer support.
• Proficient in Arabic and possess strong working knowledge of English.
• Demonstrate genuine analytical skills: comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, interpreting metrics, and acting on data insights.
• Experience in the service sector or within an on-demand/marketplace business is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and operational tools is advantageous.
