This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Edit and review customer service content that has been machine-translated, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and consistency.

• Assess the quality of machine translation output and assign severity ratings as needed, adhering to project guidelines.

• Create high-quality human translations to serve as reference data for model training and quality assessment.

• Adhere to provided style guides, tone specifications, and terminology standards.

• Detect and report recurring quality issues in machine translation and trends at the batch level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native fluency in Korean (Korea) along with strong proficiency in English.

• Experience in translation, localization, or post-editing of machine translation.

• Knowledge of machine translation quality evaluation and error identification techniques.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Capability to work independently in a remote online setting.
