This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic collaborator in providing timely and high-quality translations for IQVIA clients.

• Diligently follow the supplied materials and instructions to fulfill client requirements.

• Conduct research on industry-specific terminology to accurately convey the meaning and tone of the original content.

• Utilize specialized glossaries and translation tools to ensure the translation's quality.

• Perform quality checks on translation projects prior to delivery, ensuring accuracy in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

• Collaborate with the IQVIA™ Translation Services team to identify any gaps in instructions or external factors that may impact client commitments.

• Promptly address project-specific inquiries.

• Serve as the primary contact for IQVIA™ Translation Services to support quality and timely delivery investigations in response to feedback.

• Foster close communication with Project Management and Vendor Management teams regarding personal workload capacity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in the target language.

• Fluency in source language(s), both spoken and written.

• A minimum of 1 year experience in translating, reviewing, and/or post-editing regulatory content (such as SmPCs, CTD, labeling, packaging, etc.).

• Familiarity with translation management systems and CAT tools (memoQ preferred), along with proficiency in Excel and Word.
