Korean Quality Control Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the overall quality of documents to ensure compliance with both client-specific and internal standards throughout the review process.

• Assess linguistic content to confirm grammatical precision, suitable terminology, and adherence to style guides and tone requirements.

• Evaluate formatting and layout to guarantee documents conform to template specifications, visual uniformity, and structural integrity.

• Propose process enhancements and engage in root-cause analysis when errors are identified.

• Work collaboratively with team members to relay findings and escalate quality issues as necessary.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects while upholding high-quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Korean.

• Strong written and verbal command of English (at least B2 CEFR level).

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or document review, ideally within the medical or life sciences sectors.

• Proven attention to detail and capability to analyze complex documents for consistency and quality.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, including skills in formatting, commenting, and revision tools.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capability to meet deadlines independently.

• Experience in reviewing Korean handwritten documents and translated materials.

• Background in transcription, documentation, or translation QA.
