This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer guidance on provider networks, referrals, and pre-authorizations.
• Address and resolve issues related to billing, payments, and coverage.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations when managing sensitive member information.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to tackle complex member issues.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and resolutions within CRM systems.
• Achieve performance targets such as response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Remain informed on policies, state regulations, and changes within the healthcare industry.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within healthcare or insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Korean.
• Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills with the capacity to stay calm under pressure.
• Capability to effectively manage high volumes of calls, chats, and emails.
• Proficient in computer applications, including CRM and customer support platforms.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Fluency in Korean is mandatory.
