This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior federal leadership.
• Anticipate client requirements and lead project workstreams.
• Produce polished executive deliverables in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Assist in workforce knowledge management initiatives, including lunch and learns and SharePoint repository oversight.
• Edit recorded training materials and generate transcripts utilizing Camtasia and Microsoft Stream.
• Compile reports, edit transcripts, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Manage communication channels and distribution lists effectively.
• Collaborate with various teams on projects and administrative initiatives.
• Draft position descriptions, policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), decision trees, and process workflows.
• Maintain SharePoint sites with secure and up-to-date content.
• Facilitate client meetings, capture technical notes, and document lessons learned.
• Develop tracking tools, executive presentations, and communication materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.
• Create project timelines, monitor dependencies, and assist in project execution.
• Prepare executive briefs, handbooks, training decks, and one-pagers.
• Conduct skills gap analyses and contribute to workforce succession planning.
• Support data governance, taxonomy, and document management standards across digital platforms.
• At least 4 years of demonstrated experience as a government consultant or support contractor, focused on collecting, analyzing, preparing, and presenting data to senior government leadership.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Adobe InDesign, Camtasia, Microsoft Stream, or equivalent tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to comprehend and address client needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Advanced proficiency in SharePoint.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Capable of passing a background investigation by the client agency.
• DHS clearance with CBP or DoD Top-Secret is preferred.
