📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities**

• 1. Develop and uphold a thorough knowledge management strategy that aligns with our business goals.

• 2. Manage the creation, categorization, and upkeep of knowledge content, ensuring its accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.

• 3. Harmonize knowledge management processes with other IT service management functions to improve service delivery and efficiency.

• 4. Promote a culture of knowledge sharing throughout the organization, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

• 5. Track progress by utilizing analytics to evaluate the impact, engagement, functionality, and effectiveness of the knowledge management strategy.

• 6. Offer training and support to staff on knowledge management practices and tools to advocate a knowledge management culture.


⛳️ Requirements

• **Required Skills and Experience**

• · 5+ years of demonstrated experience in implementing Knowledge Management strategies.

• · Experience in developing KM programs within the technology sector or technical divisions of a large, global organization.

• · Experience in communicating with and influencing senior leadership, as well as framing discussions to garner valuable feedback and insights.

• · Proven ability to lead teams to deliver significant impact.

• · Strong grasp of IT service management principles and the ITIL framework.

• · Proven experience working in a ServiceNow environment.

• **Education**

• · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Library Science, or a related field.

• · Relevant certifications in knowledge management or ITIL are beneficial.
