This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Create enterprise semantic models, ontologies, taxonomies, and knowledge graph frameworks that ensure uniform business interpretation across various data domains.
• Establish and uphold enterprise business concepts, metadata standards, and data relationships to facilitate governance and regulatory adherence.
• Integrate data from diverse systems by correlating technical data to shared business definitions and reusable semantic standards.
• Collaborate with data architecture, engineering, governance, AI, and business teams to convert business requirements into scalable semantic solutions.
• Enhance advanced data discovery and analytics by utilizing semantic web standards, graph technologies, and knowledge modeling techniques.
• Foster AI-ready data capabilities by designing semantic frameworks that improve context, search, and knowledge-driven insights.
• Advocate for enterprise data consistency by promoting metadata, lineage, and governance best practices throughout the organization.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Knowledge Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Over 3 years of experience with semantic technologies, data modeling, knowledge representation, graph databases, and semantic web standards.
• More than 3 years of experience collaborating with modern data platforms and working alongside data architecture, engineering, and governance teams to deliver enterprise data solutions.
• A preferred Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in implementing or managing enterprise knowledge graph platforms or semantic technologies.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting enterprise data governance, metadata management, lineage, and data quality initiatives.
• Neo4j Certified Professional certification.
• SnowPro Advanced certification.
