This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide administrative support and customer service to claimants, providers, and other stakeholders.
• Receive and respond to phone inquiries effectively.
• Ensure high-quality customer service through both inbound and outbound interactions.
• Emphasize accuracy, professionalism, and achieving first call resolution.
• Offer friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Precisely capture and input data into CareMC and other internal systems.
• Exhibit active listening and communicate clearly to ensure understanding.
• Encourage future utilization of self-help tools when appropriate.
• Maintain regular attendance and fulfill quality and productivity standards.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Over 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by active listening abilities.
• Basic proficiency in computer usage and comfort with proprietary systems.
• A strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to de-escalate common issues.
• Keen attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data into CareMC and other internal systems.
• Consistent attendance and the ability to meet established quality and productivity benchmarks.
