📋 Description

• Providing telephone and video counseling along with immediate support in a compassionate, ethical, and professional manner while ensuring confidentiality is respected.

• Appropriately referring clients to external resources or within WPO as part of our holistic approach.

• Maintaining clear clinical and task-oriented documentation within the case management system.

• Developing concise and clear treatment plans.

• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients to ensure that short-term guidance is suitable.

• Performing any additional tasks relevant to the position as deemed necessary by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical psychology.

• Possess good listening skills.

• Ability to provide clinical interventions focused on the short term.

• Capability to offer counseling in Dutch.

• Strong proficiency in English.

• Training or experience in crisis intervention and support for high-risk clients is an advantage.

• Ability to work with clients facing challenges related to substance abuse, crisis situations, psychological symptoms, and/or family/relationship issues that impact personal or work performance.

• Culturally sensitive approach when working with our clients.

• Proficient in using various means of communication through which clients can reach us: phone, video, email, SMS, and live chat.
