This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design comprehensive kitchen and bathroom remodels utilizing 2020 Design software.
• Create cabinet layouts, floor plans, elevations, renderings, and all necessary design documentation.
• Assess jobsite measurements and project specifications to ensure the creation of precise and executable designs.
• Modify designs according to client suggestions, supplier requirements, site conditions, and project developments.
• Oversee design elements including cabinets, countertops, fixtures, vanities, hardware, trim, storage solutions, and other remodeling materials.
• Solicit, evaluate, and compare supplier quotes for cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, tile, and additional materials.
• Liaise with suppliers to address design, pricing, specification, and availability issues.
• Keep detailed records of material choices, specifications, supplier quotes, and order confirmations.
• Place orders for cabinets and materials with authorized suppliers.
• Confirm order specifics such as dimensions, finishes, hardware, quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor material orders from procurement to delivery, providing updates, delays, or backorder information as necessary.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely arrival of materials for installation.
• Engage closely with sales, project managers, field supervisors, installers, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend design meetings, project handoffs, and meetings for supplier coordination.
• Detect and resolve design, material, and ordering challenges before they affect project schedules.
• A minimum of 5 years of advanced experience with 2020 Design software focused on kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
• Proven experience in designing kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for generating presentation-quality renderings.
• In-depth knowledge of cabinets, cabinet layouts, countertops, fixtures, vanities, hardware, and remodeling materials.
• Capability to interpret measurements, floor plans, elevations, layouts, and overall project scopes.
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
• Competence in managing numerous projects, deadlines, revisions, supplier quotes, and material orders concurrently.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable in direct coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
• Highly organized, reliable, and proactive.
• Willingness to work at least 50 hours per week (Monday through Saturday).
