Key Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary representative of TMP in RP meetings, functioning as the main point of contact for partner communication and case escalation.

• Provide support to CAMs and CORDs with lead activities, assisting with overflow, offering best practice advice, and ensuring prompt and effective responses.

• Manage the sign-off process within the pod, ensuring that deadlines and SLA expectations are consistently achieved.

• Facilitate communication among CAMs, CORDs, and Consultants, minimizing silos and enabling seamless case progression through all stages.

• Assist with challenging or complex cases, taking charge when necessary and delivering exceptional outcomes.

• Aid in the training and onboarding of new team members across all departments.

• Advocate for service quality, identify operational bottlenecks early, and collaboratively implement solutions.

• Serve as a cultural ambassador, embodying TMP’s values in every interaction and elevating the standards of teamwork within the pod.

• Prior experience in CAM or CORD roles, with a comprehensive understanding of our workflows.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure, with the confidence to represent TMP externally.
