📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, track, and manage the sales process, closing opportunities (including channel partners) in the education sector for BenQ Business and Education Solutions.

• Establish relationships and effectively showcase BenQ products and software to key decision-makers at the school district level and within channel partner teams.

• Promote the BenQ brand, enhancing its visibility and sales within the education sector through social media engagement, participation in national technology conferences, and innovative marketing campaigns.

• Host and/or participate in various national education round table meetings to discuss technological directions for districts nationwide and identify their focal points.

• Collaborate with the Director of Business and Education Solutions to ascertain the motivating factors that encourage dealers to prioritize BenQ as their first choice for projectors, Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), or wireless presenters.

• Engage with key district or higher education personnel in the area to advocate for the BenQ brand and increase awareness.

• Demonstrate device-agnostic ease of use by connecting any device to BenQ projectors and interactive flat panels, showcasing BenQ's understanding of the education community's needs through our background and products.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with K-12 and higher education customers and channel partners in the IT/AV sector.

• Proven success in integrating solutions such as projectors and/or interactive flat panels into educational settings (over 3 million).

• Possess a book of business or contacts within the education market.

• Strong demonstration skills to effectively persuade end-users and resellers to convert leads into sales.

• Familiarity with BenQ or competitive product lines.

• IT knowledge including networking, BYOD, videocasting, Chromebook, and Android is a plus.

• Ability to build relationships, with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills being essential.

• A strong team player who collaborates effectively with others to address challenges; flexible and adaptable, capable of formulating strategies for internal and external communications.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills; strong attention to detail.

• Effective skills in problem resolution and solution development; an entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and a creative thinker.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM customer management systems.
