This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, qualify, track, and oversee the sales process while closing opportunities (including channel partners) in the education sector for BenQ Business and Education Solutions.
• Cultivate relationships and effectively showcase BenQ products and software to key decision-makers at the school district level and channel partner teams.
• Elevate the BenQ brand and enhance its visibility and sales within the education sector through social media, national technology conferences, and innovative marketing campaigns.
• Host and/or participate in various national education roundtable meetings to discuss technology direction for districts nationwide and assess where district priorities are being placed.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business and Education Solutions to identify the motivating factors for dealers to prioritize BenQ as their first choice for projectors, Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), or wireless presenters.
• Engage with key district or higher education personnel in the area to promote the BenQ brand and increase awareness.
• Advocate for ease of use (device-agnostic) by connecting any device to BenQ projectors and interactive flat panels, demonstrating to the education community that BenQ genuinely understands their needs through our educational background and products.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with K-12 and higher education customers and channel partners in the IT/AV sector.
• Proven success in integrating solutions such as projectors and/or interactive flat panels into educational settings (over 3 million).
• Possess a book of business and/or contacts within the education market.
• Exceptional demonstration skills to convincingly persuade end-users and resellers to convert leads into sales.
• Familiarity with BenQ or competitive product lines.
• IT knowledge: networking, BYOD, video casting, Chromebook, Android is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills are essential.
• A strong team player who collaborates effectively with others to solve problems; flexible and adaptable, capable of establishing a strategy for internal and external communications.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills; a keen attention to detail.
• Skilled in effective problem resolution and solution development; possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, and an innovative thinker.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM customer management systems.
