This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Accountable for driving strategic expansion of the da Vinci™ Surgical System within major Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) throughout India.
• Oversee the intricate sales process of the da Vinci™ Surgical System and enhance partnerships with national IDNs.
• Collaborate closely with Area sales managers to generate demand.
• Partner with Clinical teams at Intuitive to facilitate long-term business growth and enhance surgeon training.
• Spearhead Intuitive India’s initiative to engage C-suite executives in corporate offices of various National IDNs.
• Create Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and strategic programs to promote RAS adoption.
• Establish the clinical, economic, and ecosystem value of the Intuitive ecosystem within each IDN.
• Lead complex negotiations for group contracts and multi-system agreements.
• Meet annual sales targets, procedure goals, and strategic business objectives.
• A minimum of a master’s degree or equivalent experience is required; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 8 years of sales experience in healthcare/surgery or capital sales, ideally in Key Accounts/Large Hospitals.
• Proficient in navigating the complete IDN procurement process, particularly for high-value capital equipment.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong advocates in the Key Accounts framework through a deep understanding of customer needs.
• A comprehensive understanding of the business landscape beyond one’s specific area.
• Strong project management capabilities to advance initiatives toward identified opportunities.
• In-depth knowledge of the Indian healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with the operating room setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in influencing without authority.
• A demonstrated successful history in capital medical equipment sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on account distribution.
