This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The main responsibility will be to assist our Healthcare Corporate Accounts Team.
• The Key Account Manager – Water Hygiene will collaborate with our sales team, clients, engineering, and technical marketing departments to enhance ongoing water management initiatives for current customers.
• Duties encompass administrative, technical, consultative, and sales support.
• Engage in regular customer Water Management Plan (WMP) meetings to offer technical assistance, remediation suggestions, and operational adjustments to guarantee patient safety.
• Evaluate existing plans and verify that service expectations are fulfilled.
• Advise clients on suitable water treatment and maintenance strategies to reduce risks linked to Legionella and other waterborne pathogens.
• Work closely with technical marketing and engineering teams to refine processes, documentation, literature, and collateral materials.
• Undertake additional projects and administrative responsibilities as delegated by the manager.
• Knowledge of premise plumbing systems, both potable and non-potable.
• Experience in water safety/water hygiene, particularly in managing Legionella within water systems.
• A Bachelor of Science degree with a GPA exceeding 3.0; a focus on engineering, biology, or chemistry is preferred.
• Familiarity with the LAMPS online platform by HC Info.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong inclination towards collaborative teamwork.
• Outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail, follow-through, and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A high degree of professionalism and exceptional communication skills.
• Capability to assess facilities, take comprehensive notes, and create reports based on observations.
• Comfort in speaking before large groups during training and educational seminars.
