This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and sustain enduring, trust-based relationships with key clients or a portfolio of clients.
• Attain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs, challenges, and requirements to provide customized solutions.
• Consistently recommend solutions that align with clients' objectives, fostering growth and enhancing business value.
• Cultivate strong strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to uncover opportunities for mutual value generation and synergy optimization.
• Implement and carry out action plans established by the Sales Manager to achieve sales and customer goals.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to guarantee the proper development and delivery of products and services that meet client specifications.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the Sales Manager to ensure targets are met.
• Professional experience in the role or a similar position: 7 years.
• Management experience: ideally in a multinational environment, with comparable dimensions, overseeing similar activities.
• Highest Education Level: Bachelor's degree.
