This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts, comprehending their needs and delivering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Create and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive substantial growth within the Adhesives-related sectors.
• Engage in tactical and operational planning with the Segment Manager to establish primary goals within accounts.
• Collaborate with the distributor network to foster significant growth in the region by identifying opportunities at major accounts.
• Develop and present precise sales forecasts by account and product line, while staying attuned to shifts in demand.
• Recognize and address customer pain points, providing effective solutions.
• Work alongside product management and development teams to determine new product requirements and assist in the development and launch of products within our Innovation Framework.
• Exhibit strong Sales Excellence, demonstrating disciplined competency in the use of Sales Force CRM.
• Partner with Channel management to support accounts and channel partners in expanding the overall business.
• Engage in market/channel projects as needed to align with the overarching business strategy.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and external parties in a respectful and courteous manner to ensure excellent customer service.
• Advocate for, support, and comply with all safety and quality-related policies and procedures.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales or Key Account Management is required.
• Background in selling technical or engineered products, such as adhesives, specialty chemicals, polymers, coatings, or similar industrial solutions.
• Previous experience selling to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) with a proven record of growth, ideally within the Automotive, Electronics, and General Industrial sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a science-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong business insight, strategic account planning capabilities, executive presence, and a demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to audiences with varying levels of understanding.
• Familiarity with Sales Processes and CRM systems, specifically Sales Force.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be willing to travel 60%-70% of the time.
• Capability to sit and stand for up to 8 hours per day.
