• The Key Account Manager for the Southeast Regional Grocery will spearhead a cross-functional team to drive business outcomes across our accounts, including Harris Teeter, Food City, and others.
• This role entails providing expert knowledge to address complex customer challenges and meet BODYARMOR's annual objectives.
• You will create and implement the vision and strategy that align with both long-term and short-term business goals.
• Collaborate with Senior Management and cross-functional team members to formulate Annual Plans aimed at achieving both immediate and future business objectives.
• Supervise ongoing account updates and performance tracking against key metrics, while identifying plan gaps and presenting recommendations to meet necessary business goals.
• Cultivate and leverage high-level external relationships to enhance BODYARMOR's market positioning.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in engaging with national accounts and developing and implementing Joint Business Plans is essential.
• Proven experience in building strong collaborative strategic relationships with national retailers is a must.
• Candidates must reside within the states of KY, VA, AL, TN, NC, or GA.
• Proficiency in utilizing and analyzing syndicated data to create fact-based narratives is required.
• The ideal candidate should be self-driven and highly organized, possessing a strong desire to achieve results with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to quickly assess business needs, develop actionable plans, and manage necessary changes is crucial.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction with a diverse range of business professionals.
• A passion for brand building, product innovation, and long-term growth is necessary.
• A verifiable network of current contacts with relevant buyers and divisional managers is required.
• Proficient computer skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are essential.
• Strong analytical ability and understanding of Nielsen/IRI syndicated data is necessary.
• The position requires approximately 30% travel by car and plane.
• In-person attendance at bi-annual company retreats and meetings is required.
• Candidates must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances.
• Motor Vehicle Records must comply with Company standards as per the Driving Policy.

• Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15.
• The Annual Incentive reference value is competitively based on market standards for your role.
