This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, pursue, and cultivate new business opportunities in the construction and related sectors.
• Identify, design, and establish project business prospects.
• Manage key relationships with architects, property owners, and developers.
• Conduct analyses of market trends and competitors.
• Develop and execute strategies for customer development.
• Foster partnerships and networks by participating in guild events, trade fairs, and industry meetings.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Alternatively, completed vocational training in a skilled trade coupled with commercial further education.
• Experience in project business within construction-related industries.
• Strong analytical abilities and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and adaptability.
• Proficient user of Office 365.
• Must be a resident of Germany.
