This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Implement Cosette’s oncology commercial strategy within a designated geographic region.
• Meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and brand performance objectives.
• Formulate and execute territory business plans, account strategies, customer targeting, call planning, and account prioritization.
• Assess territory data, market trends, prescribing behaviors, and competitive activities.
• Conduct compliant promotional activities and relay approved clinical, safety, and product information.
• Present products in a manner that resonates with stakeholder requirements.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with oncology healthcare providers, hospital systems, IDNs, outpatient and infusion centers, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Grasp oncology workflows, patient treatment pathways, referral patterns, and account dynamics.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Trade, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, and other internal teams regarding access, reimbursement, distribution, patient support, and scientific exchange.
• Assist with product launches, relaunches, lifecycle initiatives, customer education, and the adoption of new products and indications.
• Gather and convey customer insights, clinical feedback, competitive intelligence, market trends, opportunities, and obstacles.
• Complete CRM documentation, call reports, expense reports, training, account plans, and other administrative tasks.
• Adhere to company policies, FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, OIG guidance, and relevant laws.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 5+ years of proven success in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare, or related healthcare sales with a record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in managing complex healthcare accounts and relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with selling specialty pharmaceutical products or managing account-based selling strategies.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and pharmaceutical commercialization.
• Preference for candidates with oncology, hematology, specialty pharmacy, or buy-and-bill experience.
• Experience in selling to community oncology practices, academic medical centers, hospitals, or IDNs is preferred.
• Experience supporting product launches, relaunches, acquired brand integrations, or specialty pharmaceutical commercialization is preferred.
• Established relationships within oncology accounts or healthcare systems in the designated region are preferred.
• Understanding of specialty distribution models, medical benefit reimbursement, pathways, protocols, and oncology practice workflows is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, including occasional overnight travel.
• Must either reside within the designated territory or be prepared to relocate before the start date.
• Strong scientific aptitude with the ability to comprehend and convey complex clinical information.
• Excellent account planning, territory management, and business analysis capabilities.
